Lucy Milekovic - Managing Director and Founder of Ultimate Business Solutions

Worked in accounts roles for over 20 years - 1995 dux of Advanced Associate Diploma.

She has been at the helm of UBS for 11 years, building todays company from a zero client base.

Lucy has extensive experience in multiple company set ups, accounts review and analysis, streamlining, procedures - relentless with reconciliations, only satisfied when accounts balance. 








Belinda Hennessy - Office Manager
Extensive management and office experience - finalising Finance Certificate IV this year

Belinda is the first point of contact for several of our clients, with responsibility for meeting client needs, taking care of BAS lodgements, on site client meetings, reviews of client accounts.

Gianna Rootes - Bookkeeping Consultant
With great attention to detail and her payroll skills, Gianna meets her clients needs and deadlines without fail.  Her previous banking experience ensures her attention to detail is 2nd to none.

She develops excellent relationships with all her clients.  Gianna has learnt clients' software systems to facilitate speedy extraction of data from MYOB.

Sabrina Xu - Bookkeeping Consultant

Kornelia Osborne -Bookkeeping Consultant
Great depth of bookkeeping knowledge means that Kornelia can research and find a resolution for the trickier accounts.  Her focus on resolution has shown that thus far there is no problem that she cannot solve.  Takes care of all our year end review and workpapers for accountants.

Kelly O'Riordan - Bookkeeping Consultant
Great with software!  Kelly is skilled with MYOB, ABM and Quickbooks, and has proven to be able to absorb other packages with ease. Reconciliation, data entry, payroll and research are her specialties.

Natalie Byatt - Administration Assistant
Natalie takes care of all our scanning and filing. She makes it possible to find client information promptly, whenever it is needed.  Great admin skills at a job whose importance is too often understated. She is the linchpin that helps to keep us organized.
